The IFVCC Director co-chairs the IFVCC steering committee, and provides leadership oversight for program and administration to IFVCC staff, local councils, and state committees. The director also participates with state agencies and organizations to plan and develop the capacity of the IFVCC and the local councils to provide a forum for hosting various collaborative efforts.

Vernie’s councils serve the following judicial circuits: 1 st, 2 nd, 4 th, 5 th. In addition, she staffs IFVCC state council committees, including Judicial Ethics, Health Systems, Schools Respond to Family Violence Project, and Local Council Coordinator Meetings.

The Director of Grant Programs serves on the IVPA Management Team and provides overall management to the IVPA Grants Team, which is responsible for the application, selection, and award process for all IVPA grant programs. She oversees and monitors the IVPA grant budgets for all grant programs including competitive, renewal, and non-competitive IVPA grants.

The IFVCC State Council Coordinator provides individualized technical assistance to local family violence coordinating councils through regular contact and visits with coordinators, councils chairs, and planning committees, aiding them in capacity building through development of council collaborative processes, structure, and utilizing an appreciative inquiry approach. This includes participating with state agencies and organizations to implement programs locally utilizing local councils as a forum for collaboration.

Heather's councils serve the following judicial circuits: 3 rd, 6 th, 7 th, 8 th, 9 th, 10 th, 11 th, 12 th, 13 th, and 21 st. In addition, she staffs IFVCC state council committees and projects, including Court Structure, Domestic Violence Court Systems, Firearms Laws as they relate to Orders of Protection, Legal Issues, Schools Respond to Family Violence Project and Local Council Coordinator Meetings.

The Office Manager is responsible for managing IVPA office needs and providing administrative assistance to IVPA staff. She maintains the inventory of office supplies; prepares invoice vouchers and purchase requests; makes arrangements for IVPA meetings, including scheduling meeting rooms and ordering refreshments, as needed; coordinates the process and orientation for new hires; processes incoming and outgoing mail; and serves as the office liaison for networking and telecommunications services.

Sally’s councils serve the following judicial circuits: 12 th, 14 th, 15 th, 16 th, 17 th, 18 th, 19 th, Cook County and the councils in each of the circuit’s court municipal districts: 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd, 4 th, 5 th, 6 th. In addition, she staffs IFVCC state council committees and projects, including Steering Committee, Semi-Annual Meetings, Visitation and Exchange Center Project, Schools Respond to Family Violence Project, and Local Council Coordinator Meetings.

The IFVCC Administrative Assistant provides support to all of the Illinois Family Violence Coordinating Councils’ administrative and programmatic efforts, which include fiscal activities, state council committees and programs, local coordinating council projects, and IFVCC office management.

The Fiscal/Contracts Manager serves on the IVPA Management Team and is responsible for managing the agency’s fiscal and contractual activities according to the accounting procedures established by the State of Illinois and IVPA. She manages the business aspects of all IVPA grant agreements and contracts; oversees the processing of all IVPA purchase and travel requests, invoices and reimbursement requests; monitors IVPA expenses; generates fiscal status reports.

The Program Developer serves as a member of the IVPA Grants Team, and acts as a liaison between IVPA and funded grantees, typically in central and southern Illinois. The Program Developer is primarily responsible for monitoring funded programs and providing individualized technical assistance to each grantee to build their capacity to design, implement, and evaluate their violence prevention efforts. The Program Developer also initiates collaboration between funded programs by providing trainings and information sharing opportunities. Finally, the Program Developer assists in the coordination of the IVPA Fall and Spring Meetings of Funded Programs.
